1. General Terms

11betbdt (referred to hereinafter as "the Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 11betbdt.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

• Each user may hold only one account.

2. Account Rules

To register with 11betbdt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or incomplete details is considered a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and bank details where applicable. We may request your National ID or other identity documents during the account verification process.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date.
• Using an account for corporate or business purposes is strictly prohibited.

11betbdt reserves the right to verify any account at any time without prior notice. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification process.

3. Betting Rules

Please make sure you understand the following rules before placing any bets on 11betbdt. Each bet constitutes a binding agreement, and confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• All bets are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, 11betbdt reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• We reserve the right to suspend any bet where match-fixing or foul play is suspected.
• Unusual betting patterns detected across multiple accounts on the same event will be investigated.

4. Payment Terms

11betbdt supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 BDT.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly, though bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until your account has been verified.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is for new users only and is available once per person/address/device.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your account and are fully withdrawable.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Dispute Resolution

• In any dispute regarding betting results, official score data shall be the final reference.
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, 11betbdt reserves the right to correct it.

10. Changes to Terms

11betbdt reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform.
